And because he comes over as such a nice, sensible and calm guy who is just the kind of partner you'd want; got your back I think they say. But I have worried that he may be the series' original character who is rumored to leave the cast this season. And that may be why I noticed his subtle shift in continence last night and one other time. Think it's okay to talk about last night's episode and what I'm thinking about is the scene where Hank is walking away from Nick and he says something over his shoulder. Something about Nick doing something in a certain way, I believe, but can't remember exactly. Can't wait to see this again because I can't remember so much.
The other time was in this new season also. Hank is in Renard's office. He' about to leave and he pauses and says something about it's hard enough to do this job and it's even harder to know the real truth and not be able to do anything about it. I will try to get more specific and identify the episode. I'm probably reading between the lines because I don't want to see Hank leave.
I need a favor. One of our newer posters, Panther19, wants to know how to start a thread, maybe you can tell how it's done. I've been hanging around here for a long time and haven't ever started my own thread so I don't know how!
First of all, I am so sorry, I completely forgot about the questions I asked, speakeasy. Until now.
Panther-I apologize to you as well. I am glad to see you got your thread started.
I've never thought much about Hank. I always felt he was kind of useless because, well you know, Nick had to be there to confirm everything.
I have to say one of the best scenes I ever saw Hank in was when Nick was going to torture the guy who kidnapped the girl (sorry I have lapse of memory when it comes to naming these wesen).
It was kind of a goofy scene because Nick was going to torture this guy with a cross bow loaded with truth serum or some such nonsense.
Okay....I have to stop here. I know Grimm likes to put these cool weapons into the scene, but really, a crossbow? I kept wondering how Nick was going to administer this truth serum without killing the guy first. But, I digress.
Anyway, what I really, really liked about Hank was that he was totally stunned over Nick even doing something like that, which is exactly the reaction he should have had.
Unfortunately, Hank hasn't had a lot of character development. Too bad really. I was wondering what was going to happen to him if Nick toodles off to Europe.
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
