I mean you come in and the manticore is dead and no gun. And Juliette is sitting there nice and neat. How do you not want answers. But what does Nick do he apologizes. Then even after Juliette tells Nick he can not protect her, she will protect herself. He still acts like he doesn't have a clue. Second a monticore is holding your girlfriend you dont enter the house with your gun drawn. At what point did Nick turn his brain off. How did the council get a picture of the dead bounty hunter on Nicks floor. Then for him to say He hopes the Grimm does not take it personally, would suggest he knows Juliette made the kill. She was the only other one there.
I may be wrong but I think Nick is starting to wonder what is going on with Juliet. She has pulled away from him at least twice in the last two episodes. At the very least, Nick has had a confused look on his face.
He has fought a Manticore. He knows that they don't "miss." He has got to be suspicious.
I'm hoping he walks in on the smackdown between Juliet and Adalind!
I am dying to see the look on Adalind's face when she realizes that Juliet is about the kick her ass as another Hexenbiest!

Finally, a note to the NBC network execs. Can we please, Please, PLEASE have more commercials!! Watching commercials is so much more fun than watching the program!! NOT!!!
Agreed...I'm hoping that the smart detective Nick is getting very suspicious.
As for the commericals: D - V - R !! I use an over-the-air (OTA) TiVo Roamio. I'm new to the device but the sound from OTA blows away the thinner sound that comes from my DirecTV.

I do not think they know about her yet. He was referring to the hit being put out on Nick. Would you want a grimm that has credit for taking out 3 reapers (2 at one time) a Mauvesse Dentes, a Nuklanevie, and now a Manticore single handed, wanting to go after the council when his only trails all lead through you?
I agree with you about the meaning of what the emissary said. He was stating that he hoped Nick wouldn't decide to deal with them. They don't want to deal with Nick in full "Decapitare" mode.
BTW, didn't Nick fight a Manticore before? That being the case, it appear to the council that Nick defeated two Manticores.
