In the final scene Juliette is not mentioned and cannot be since she has been long dead - figuratively speaking. I believe Eve is still alive, or rather JuliEve. I'm skipping on the vote because of the JuliEve situation.
In the final scene with the scoobies, Nick calls out "Eve", and embraces her. He's happy that they are all alive. There appeared to be a change in Eve's demeanor. The burden seems to have lifted off her shoulders and she seems comfortable in her own skin. She was not sullen, as usual, and sounded cheery when she responded to Diana. I think she was more of a JuliEve than Eve in that scene though. Nick had dropped his guilt and his anger towards her... and they all lived happily until their death.
