Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.

With all that stuff left out on the counters where it can get dusty? That's a total mancave.

Well with Eve, I doubt she will have free access to that place after her first damage doing on that trailer. Rosalee, she has her own and Monroe's library and store to keep safe. So yeh, do not think so. Trubel, she is a nomad. More a tom-boy soldier than a girl. Even when she was in HW, her room was so simple like any Grimm. They (Grimms) wear dark colours to hide in the back ground, live a simple life to not stand out in the crowd. And I am sure Kelly would be the same (he wore all black too). That trailer would no were be what it looks like shown if Kelly was alone to work on it. The trailer - I do not think tech is the only thing protecting it. I am sure it is being protected by hexenbiest spells like invicibility or cloaking and maybe others. I do not agree, when Nick had trailer 1.0, that was a total man-cave. very disorganised. This one, was really organised, even the writing table had no spec of dust.

To be fair, we don't know how long its been there. It could have been bought and customized in the last 2 weeks! It doesn't look like its been out in the Or. weather for 20 years. Seems cleaner and neater than any 20 year trailer I have been in. Course maybe the staff likes a clean pad and has been using magic to keep it so spotless.
It's true that we don't know exactly how long this trailer has been up and running. But it's likely that they began working on it within a few years of where we last left them. There's a possibility that it could even be a third iteration of the trailer, with an intermediate version before this. I'm sure that a lot of evolution happened in that twenty years. Nick and Adalind would have left the FOME and gotten a proper house to raise kids in. With triplets on the way, Monroe and Rosalee may have upgraded as well. I'm sure both homes were outfitted with necessities for the fight and protection. And the Spice Shop would remain an important hub, with it's own renovations. Even the FOME probably remains in play as a resource. But I imagine that once Nick and Adalind established their home, they began formulating plans for trailer 2.0. They would have wanted to keep certain things out of their house, or Monroe and Rosalee's home and Spice Shop, to make them a less tempting target. The FOME lacks mobility, so the trailer was an obvious choice. And there had to be a sentimental desire on Nick's part, to reconnect with his roots in this way. Something specific to pass down from one generation to the next.
I imagine they change the trailer's location several times a year and clean the exterior on a regular basis to keep it from degrading. If you tend them, those airstream type trailers can keep that sheen for a long time. They probably even have a revolving list of spots they move the trailer to. Plots of land they own and such. As to who's influence affected the trailer's interior design and functionality, to some degree, everyone would have had a hand. But for the largest part, it would have been Nick and Adalind, (as well as Diana and Kelly if they were old enough at it's inception). This is an extension of Nick's heritage and therefore, personal to him. The whole team certainly would come and go as they pleased, each given the passcode for entry, (which also, probably changes regularly), but this is Nick and Adalind's in the same way the Spice Shop is Monroe and Rosalee's. In addition to the Grimm treasures inside the trailer, there is a significant area devoted to spell craft and potion making, with many of Adalind's possessions along side. Aesthetically, there is a strong sense of both of them there. And that's as it should be, because it's not really a man cave. It's a family lair. By this point, Nick and Adalind have probably been married for nearly twenty years. When you form that bond, you share your life. Adalind brought a little girl into his world, whom he now considers a daughter. He's certainly going to share everything with them. In all likelihood, since she's older and didn't have to wait for her powers, Diana probably went out on the job with Nick before Kelly did. Adalind has always been stylish and she's a planner with a strong legal mind, so a great many of the trailer's design elements as well as it's logistics and magical deterrents would likely have stemmed from her. Everything about this would have always been an intimate family affair for Nick.

Unless Airstream decides to stop revising their models every few years (which could happen, as they mostly just change the window arrangements), they would have bought a new one shortly after Zerstorer and done a complete gut and restore every 10 years or so. So this is probably Trailer 2.3.

So this is probably Trailer 2.3. Fairly likely. Though I wonder where they put all the stuff when they're going through a refurbishment. Maybe the FOME. And I'm curious about the drone they seem to be using. Does it return to the trailer as it's base. It seems to have an autonomous function. Does the whole team have an app where they can monitor it? I wonder what other tech they may be employing by this point?

The image on the screen doesn't seem to be the city. Could be the drone is just circling the area surrounding the trailer as part of its security.
