Except for some of the big signs, this is really pretty ordinary thrift or salvage stuff. That's why it's a sale where everything will be fixed priced instead of an auction.
Most of the really "Grimm-y" props with real memorabilia value have already been auctioned off over the years at the Grimm Galas to raise funds for the OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
