The burn symbol on Eve palm - Kathryn Wooten - 01-28-2017
Eve as you know touch the stick...which burned her..then the burn turn to one of the symbols she saw on the dead man's face
I wonder if everyone effected will receive a symbol on their bodies to
and was the stick powers working through EVE to write the message on the wall??/it did not look as if Eve was in control

That is possible that because it had been used on her that is why she saw some of the symbols. Also think it doesn't want her to touch it again did you note how it weaken Nick when she did? Still think about that scene haven't come up with the why of it.

I'm of the opinion that only grimms can use the relic. It only healed when it was in Nick's possession. His growing weak/dizzy when Eve touched it may have been the relic warning him of someone touching it who was not supposed to do so.
i.e. He is connected to the relic now and has somehow been designated to be it's protector to prevent it's misuse.

The only reason Eve could see any of the symbols was because of the death grip. The only symbols she saw on the cloth were the same ones that had been on the face of the guy who tried to grab her.

Now that she has held the stick she is writing a wall full of symbols. The question might be did being healed cause her to be a conduit in the death grip.
