Kelly death is also fake. - syscrash - 12-16-2015
now that we know Juliette's death was fake. Let examine if Kelly death was also fake.
How would they do it. using pass events, we know Diana can create and illusion of a baby, that you can touch. So why not an illusion of Kelly.
This theory answers a bunch of questions.
. Why would Kelly walk into an ambush,
. Why would Juliette wait upstairs,
. Why would Diana be sitting calmly in the floor, when other times she got involved with protecting Adalind. WE know even as a baby see was aware. So to say she was unaware Kelly was in trouble is hard to buy.
We know the HG is watching every thing going on at the house. So they must have known about Kenneth and the plans to kill Kelly to get Diana.
We know they knew something because Meisner was on the helicopter and Trubel was in position to fake Juliette death.
We Kelly would pretend to be dead and let Diana go with Kenneth, she knew Juliette would be their to keep an eye on Diana.
The HG wants Nicks help. Without returning the head Nick is not going to be in much of a mode to help. Now if they tell him they faked her death again so the Roylas would stop looking for her. He would then be on board with helping them. Any one asking how the head illusion could last that long. well nobody actually touch it so how does Nick know it is real.
This would mean Adalind and Nick building a life with Nick having a big secrete about Diana. A secrete that he could not tell Adalind. Since Adalind outed Kelly the last time.
They would not have to bring Kelly back only use the fake death to explain what happen.
Cry Havoc could have been a plan from the beginning to remove the King. They needed to get him someplace alone. The only thing that would get him alone would be Diana. Other then for Diana he would have never left the castle.

Now, when it comes to Juliette you could make a case that she wasn't actually dead. Her wounds weren't in places that would be immediately fatal and Trubel might have used tranks instead of poison.
But Kelly's head was severed and had been sitting in a box for over a day!
It had probably begun to stink.
But most important, M. Mastrantonio refused to do the show ever again and is now a full time cast member on "Limitless". So, how are they going to bring back the character without the actress?

Perhaps they're holding onto hope that she might be induced to change her mind?

I don't know why she would. Right now "Limitless" is doing better in the ratings than Grimm. Grimm is in a bit of trouble, Limitless looks to be sure bet for renewal next season.
It's a full time paycheck against an iffy part time one. And she lives in London and the show is filmed in New York. Hell of a lot less hassle than crossing the rest of the USA to do maybe 2 or 3 episodes a year.

Faking Kelly death is not so they can bring Kelly back. It was to clean up that Adalind had outed her by telling the Roylas that Kelly had Diana. Also Faking Kelly death removes the only black mark on Juliette past activities. Juliette in no way had anything to do with Kenneth killing the neighbors. After a season of working with Nick and the gang I am sure Juliette expected Kenneth to tie them up or pick a time when they weren't home. Julieitte figured all the guns where for Kelly since she is an infamous Grimm.
Nick was being used so Meisner could kill the King. To kill the King they needed a reason to get him to leave the castle. What better reason then to retrieve Diana.
It is just the Idea of Kelly would just walk into that kind of

OK, here's how they can bring back Kelly.
HW could only find and reanimate her head. They give Kelly's head to Nick who takes it back to the Grimm Lair and puts it on a shelf.
When not providing Nick with much needed information, Kelly's head can make snarky remarks, off color comments and read porn!! Not!!

Or they could do what they did on "Dallas" when Barbara Bel Geddes got tired of being Miss Ellie.
