If you saw the scene Renard was fully clothed and then in pajamas after rough kissing Juliette...It's a possibility that Renard was not in control with Juliette.
We did see Sean wake up. The kiss with Juliette could have been in his mind. The reason, why would he want his key back and then send Juliette to go after Adalind.
I am thinking Juliette is still staying with Sean.
Remember Juliette took Saen's information and try to drop a statue on her head...so Renard and juliette scens happened.

so even if the kiss did happen it does not mean they sleep together. Everyone thought Adalind had sleep with Sean around when she sleep with Nick. These two were naked. But both confirmed that did not have sex.
