Wesen don't kill just because they can. There is always a reason. There is always some kind of confrontation that causes the attack. Just like Monroe and Trubel who in every kill ahs been the aggressor. Even thought Monroe is a vegan and trying to be none violent. He killed the two guys in the basement by ripping their arms off after they ran away. Rosalee riped the guys throat out in wesenrein only because they all went after the wesenrein members. The group had already rescued Monroe and Bud before Nick instigated the attack. Monroe ripped the throats out of the guys that took the chest. Her again they went after these guys because they killed his uncle. All three cases they went after the people they killed. A completely illegal act under the rules of law. You can only used deadly fo9rce in the case of an immediate threat. Under no circumstance can you go and seek revenge. IN the wesen community seek revenge is something expected.
The primus of the show is that there are two standards. That is the conflict Nick has dealt with for six seasons now. He responsibility as a cop and human bound by the rules of law. And his responsibility as a Grimm who has to deal with the reality of wesen rules.
The scene in breakfast in bed was the first time Nick actually took the position of a Grimmm and threatened to be the beheader he is. Though he showed no concern for what he was about to do. The show still let her kill herself. Again preventing Nick from having to be a Grimm. Even in lochness even though he realized what a Grimm needs to do. He passed the task on the Trubel. Someone who has never had a problem of acting like a Grimm. Trubel can remove a head and show absolutely no concern. Even Chavez was amazed how nonchalant Trubel was after beheading Weston Steward.
