Hi Forum,
Based on reasonable estimates of wage income I postulated neither could swing the loan alone. A believable scenario would be joint tenancy. So when Juliette died Nick would own it outright. Unfortunately there is likely no death certificate. Lacking the corpse, the coroner cannot pronounce her dead. So legally Nick cannot sell without Juliette's signature. So where is Juliette's corpse? This is just sloppy writing.
Let me add in the car. Nick gave the keys to Juliette's car to Adalind. She was OK with it. How did she ever pass the bar exam? If she gets pulled over will the arresting officer care that the vehicle is registered to Juliette? Yes indeed! How will Adalind convince the officer Juliette gave her permission to drive her car? Dumb blond? No, dumb writers!
The fantasy of Grimm needs improvement since the real part is not viable.
