Everyone seems to forget the scene of how Nick took her powers away from her in season 1. After beating her in a fist fight, he pinned her down, straddled her, she clearly was terrified of him, and he forcefully kissed her. There was no actual sex, but clearly both characters have assaulted each other in the past. People that are complaining about this don't seem to care because we were rooting for Nick at the time.
You're mistaken. That scene is just further evidence of why Nick and Adalind's "relationship" was f***ed up beyond comprehension before the first season was even finished, and the idea of pairing them in the first place was just bad all around.
Look at it this way: The show has basically told us Nick and Juliette's relationship, which came about under normal, non-aberrant circumstances, was doomed to crumble the moment one of them turned into a monster, while Nick and Adalind, who have violated each other to varying degrees in the past (although Adalind's been doing a lot more "violating" than Nick), are now harboring a genuine romance. Once Juliette became a "freak," love was out the window. Once Adalind became "normal," love was inevitable. That's a very depressing message to convey in a network television series.
Oh, and dismissing anyone's opinion about Nick/Adalind that differs from yours as "moaning" won't make people more willing to hear your argument.
