Eve goes back to being Juliette the vet with no memory of being a hexenbiest. After all she has been through she needs to catch a break. The same with Diana she will become a normal little girl. The show will end with the characters back to where they all began.
Adalind will end up with Sean who has two kids, Diana will be a normal hexnebiest and Kelly will be a normal zauberbiest. Nick will not even know he had a kid. He will leave Juliette as his aunt told him and be a full time Grimm. Juliette will not remember all that she went through. she wont even know that wesen exist. Monroe and Rosalee maybe the only ones that knows the past but will not try and get any of them to remember.
Kelly cannot change fathers and be the same baby.
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
There is no good option for Adalind to have two kids with different fathers. It also make it awkward for Diana to remain a super hexenbiest.
Nick can not be a Grimm and have a family. Sean as captain with a family would not be a problem. If Nick never knew he had a kid. He would not feel a loss. The same with Juliette with all she has been through the best thing for her to not know it happened. To have her life back. A choice she would have made in season one if she knew where staying with Nick would lead to.
Monroe, Rosalee, Adalind , and Sean would have no trouble putting the past behind them. Adalind and Sean together would make Diana happy. With what Sean has been through. I could see him being a kinder and gentler Sean. It is only Nick and Juliette that would have trouble with remembering the past five years. It is like the matrix they should have taken the blue pill and not the red one. That means No Nick and Juliette.

Grimms raise other Grimms. IMO mama Kelly would be the last person to have her grandchild raised by hexenbiests and the like without a Grimm.
I still believe Nick will not be a Grimm at the end of the show. No idea what they will turn him into except he may be immoral.

And why must the characters not have trouble putting their pasts behind them?
If Reggie Lee's comment about the characters being different people is correct, I'd say that argues against anyone losing their memories. Some may decide to change their lives, walk away and move on to something different, but being reset back to square one just makes them the same people they were before.

Resetting makes them not what they are now. Which make them different people. Could Nick go off and be a Grimm while still remembering the past. Consider like Sean said he let his daughter go with Nicks mother. That could explain why Nick would let Kelly go with Sean and Adalind. A Zauberbiest that is a police captain plus two hexenbiest could protect Kelly better then one Grimm.
Could Eve be happy remembering what she has been through. Would she be better with her powers or without her powers. Both Nick and Juliette have commented that once you know what is going on. Once you have had the power. It is hard to go back. As it is Eve would have trouble going forward as she is now.

Baby Kelly only makes sense with his dad. Why would Sean father a grimm? Grimms are best teaching each other. Wesen do not like grimms if we are resetting. Let Sean have his own son.
The first person Nick saw as a grimm was Adalind. If the keys were never made Nick still would have seen her that morning. If Juliette dropped Nick for being a grimm there is no reason why Adalind would have not dated Nick.

Sean could be father to baby Kelly the same as mama Kelly was playing mother to Diana. Sean being father to Kelly makes since because Kelly is a zauberbiest like Sean. How is Nick gong to teach his son to be a Zauberbiest. Kelly will be wogeing long before he shows signs of being a Grimm.
Without Juliette the situation would have never happened for Adalind to sleep with Nick. Adalind would have went after the keys with or without Juliette being there. That would have made them enemies. In season one Nick may have found Adalind attractive. Once she woged that was the end of that.
