Because when they look at Eve, they still see Juliette and they're still wary. Adalind didn't seem all that reassured to me when Eve told her she wasn't there to kill her. Because, of course, it really is Juliette with her mind split open like a coconut and its contents scrambled and reformed by Meisner and HW. In real life, even mental health professionals don't all agree about how "separate" alters are from one another. So there's still the possibility that evil betraying hexenbitch Juliette could pop out of there one of these days if something happens to weaken Eve's belief that she's not Juliette.
