Actually, if we traced it back to the beginning the record would show Renard as the undisputed more guilty party. Renard orchestrated the assassination attempts on Marie, and the spell that nearly took Hank’s life. In order to protect himself and ally with the Grimm against the Royals, Renard threw Adalind under the bus, and effectively fooled Nick for five seasons.
I don’t have a problem with Adalind retaliating against Nick. I do however have a problem with her not retaliating against Renard. If Nick hadn’t been deceiving Juliette about his Grimm life, he could have warned her about Adalind. And if he had a lick of sense, he would have warned her about Renard.
