When she took the coins to be destroyed was that really the case or was she hooked to some degree like the others? We know in season 4 they didn't use the keys or the coins. Do you think these will show up more or less in season 5? We with the information we been given know the keys will some how come back into play but maybe not the answer to what is hidden.(07-15-2015, 10:44 AM)jsgrimm45 Wrote: Been giving some thought to Sean and the royals. They have let be known that the royals will not play much of role this season, because they will be dealing with Kings death. Look pretty straight forward from that statement. I don't see the royals totally out of series just less of them.
Without the royals who or how does Diana come back into the story. I'm on record saying Meisner brings Diana to Adalind so you have my view. I doubt all the forum agrees with that (I've read other posts so I kind of know you don't) but that's not the only way Diana comes into play. Sean what will he do if the series as they said gets back to it's roots where does Diana or Sean fit now?
Do you see Sean using the resistance from time to time stirring up the families? How would you did it?
Ideas thoughts?
Since you asked in such an open ended fashion: The writing of Grimm is starting to remind vaguely of the Sopranos in the sense there are so many dangling plot items that are not resolved. For example the Nick Zombie thing among others. I would not be surprised if we see once major plot elements simply drop on the floor. It gives the writers a lot to work with in the future, but the downside is the series could end with so many dangling threads. But then that is how life is, problems are not serial in nature, each day most of us juggle several. Which is to say I suspect that we will be left with many sagas left unfinished in the Grimm universe.
I use maybe because I can see Nick getting the third key but destroying all three leaving the royals no way to find it or some how getting all 7 keys at the end of the season for it to play into season 6.
Could we see Trubel getting the coins and destroying them?
That last is an interesting point. In "Three Coins in a Fuchsbau", Farley Kolt told Nick that Grimms were more resistant to the coins influence than others. Now, could it be that female Grimms are more resistant than male Grimms, or perhaps they are less resistant than males?? After all, Nick had the coins in his possession for some time without doing anything other than trying to hide them.
Kelly sent an email that Juliette read to Nick about things being to hot to destroy the coins and so she hid them. Is that the real reason she didn't destroy the coins, or were the coins exerting a subtle influence upon her in order to prevent their own destruction??
(Yes, I stole that idea from "The Lord of The Rings"! J.R.R. Tolkien can sue me!!!)
Would Nick at sometime also have been over come? He only had them for a short time.
The story about Eric death causing problems was that true or a good reason not to destroy the coins? What did the one have to do with the other? Was Europe to hot for all Grimm's or only Kelly because she was a known part of the coins pasted? Eric was (looked to be) only after the key (I could be wrong but do not remember any talk of the coins). Thanks @wfmyers1207 for adding a good twist.
