There's a lot of potential for variation in power between the hexenbiests shown on the series. We have no idea what kind of telekinesis, if any, that Catherine Schade might have had, or what Adalind had before she lost her powers. But when Adalind got her powers back, the process had effects on her that that could have resulted in hers being different. It certainly made Diana's different.
Juliette became a hexenbiest after being exposed to Elizabeth's modification of Adalind's verfluchte zwillingsschwester potion, which contained Adalind's blood and possibly some of Elizabeth's, which made Juliette's hexenbiest different and, according to Henrietta, a lot stronger.
What would happen to Adalind's powers might depend on whether, post-series finale, she's actively using them to hunt alongside of Nick, which the epilogue suggests is what happened.
