....does anyone give just a tiny credit if it was not for Renard going into black Claw that they would ever see their daughter again

Renard’s actions might have gotten Diana to Portland and with him & Adalind, but it only accomplished moving her from one organization that intended to exploit her for personal gain to another organization that intended to exploit her for personal gain.
Then there’s the question of intent. Was Renard determined to find his daughter at any cost, or was Renard determined to move up the BC corporate ladder at any cost? Nick told Adalind she gave him and Juliette the chance for a normal life when she took his Grimm. Adalind explained to Nick that wasn’t her intention. Adalind was motivated by her need to be with her daughter. She didn’t care if Nick was murdered five minutes after she left the bedroom. That Adalind’s action happen to provide a positive choice for Nick & Juliette doesn’t make her intent positive.

All good intention leads to risk and not all of them are bad Renard got a taste of both worlds a perfect trade-off, he got his daughter back and also a chance to move up in the world..unfortunately what Sean believe a co-existence with humans. Conrad had other plans and well as you know things went down hill from there

No Meisner sooner or later would have gotten Diana to Adalind, In away it may Renard and BC that has now made Diana dangerous. At the safe house for Diana they may have been working with her to use her powers well, and not for dangerous reasons. With Diana powers she could have left that house anytime, so I don't think she saw herself in danger or fear.

I didn't see any indication that Meisner ever intended to reunite Adalind and Diana, or that he necessarily had the authority to. HW labeled Diana as an asset. They wanted her for the same reason as BC and everyone else who's taken her.

Meisner on the other hand liked Adalind and Diana, so once BC in Portland had be taken care of IMO Meisner would have taken Diana to Adalind. Just my opinion could be wrong. The reason I have this opinion is Diana one could have reach out to Diana mind two she could have left but didn't.

Meisner had no intention of returning Diana to her mother. He's had her for close to a year before BC tracked her down and took her and in that time, he knew Adalind had been desperate to find Diana and knew Adalind was even living with a Grimm they wanted in their ranks. He only cared about getting Diana back when they realised BC was using Diana to get to Adalind.

If Meisner’s intention was to reunite Adalind & Diana, wouldn’t he have reached out to Adalind, instead of Nick, once BC took Diana? Meisner knew BC having Diana compromised Adalind, so wouldn’t he have wanted to assure her it wasn’t necessary for her to go to BC, that HW would get Diana back? Because if Meisner didn't believe Adalind would go to BC/Renard to be with Diana, he wouldn't have assumed she'd be compromised?
