We know that Nick could have gotten his powers back by drinking Adalind's potion immediately after the spell took effect but the potion was destroyed at Monroe's wedding. Adalind didn't tell Nick or Juliette to reverse anything. They made that choice themselves. She had no hand in their decisions anymore than Nick had in Adalind getting back the hexenbiest he killed. Juliette and Nick both knew what they were getting themselves into, Nick even tried telling her she didn't have to do it but Juliette went ahead and did it anyway after they told her there would be side effects.Quote:From the comments, nobody said she should get over it. Adalind didn't cause Juliette to become a hexenbiest. It was the side effect of the spell to restore his powers. We don't blame Nick for Diana's über powers because Adalind did a ritual that multiplied her daughter's hexenbiest powers 1 000 000x over because he was responsible for killing Adalind's hexenbiest, so why blame Adalind for something she didn't do and couldn't have foreseen? The reason Adalind is to blame for Juliette. because it took a reverse of what she did to get Nick his powers back. You can't blame Nick for Adalind doing the ritual. For one nothing says that is the only way for her to get her powers back.
Quote:Eve has never denied anything. When the past is brought up she referrers to those actions as part of her old life. That is not denial, that is accepting the things you can not change. What she did as Juliette will always be things she did as Juliette. At first she told him she remembered everything but later said that was "Juliette" specifically, not that it was her in another life. She blatantly denied Juliette's actions to Nick's face.
Nick: I thought you were dead. Oh, Juliette.
Eve: My name isn't Juliette.
Nick: What am I supposed to call you?
Eve: They call me Eve.
Nick: Why Eve?
Eve: Because I'm starting over.
Nick: Do you really think it's that easy?
Eve: It wasn't easy.
Nick: You want to know what isn't easy? Knowing that you set me up... And that you set up my mother. What, are you gonna pretend like you don't remember?
Eve: I remember everything. I would have killed you.
Nick: Well, the night is young. What did they do to you?
Eve: What they had to. They saved me.
----------
Eve: You mean what "she" did.
Nick: What you did.
Eve: You still think you're talking to Juliette.
Nick: I don't know who I'm talking to.
Eve: Yes, you do. You just won't accept it.
Nick: Maybe I can't.
Eve: If we're gonna work together, you have to stop living in your past.
Nick: What do you mean, "work together"?
Eve: You're here for a reason. My only regret is that you didn't have a chance to bury Juliette.
Quote:Adalind had haters but they are forgiven with the introduction of the Nadalind concept....That's not true. Shippers don't make up the entirety of the fandom. plenty of people, like yourself loathe Nick and Adalind together and because of Adalind and what she did to Nick and Juliette.
Adalind did get a flip of the switch. Most Nadalind fans feel once she became a mother. That erased her past.
