Adalind: I don't understand why they didn't just let Adalind in on the secret. Obviously, she's not going to rest until she gets her baby back...so that means, what, they expected her to go after the Royals? And get herself killed? Even if she doesn't like it, I think it might be easier for her to accept that her baby is safe, with a friend, who will protect her from the Royals better than Adalind could herself. She's enough of a pragmatist to know that it was the only way to keep Diana safe, that as long as she had her they'd always be on the run. And then she could still visit, perhaps, from time to time, or at least get updates from Nick's mom.
Maybe everyone thinks the temptation for Adalind to find her daughter again would be too great if she knew the truth? She does tend to pursue a goal to its absolute end. It's a bit of a stretch, but workable enough as far as characterization goes; I agree that the baby plot is just a little wonky, but I'm pumped that we have evil smirky Adalind again.

Second...she killed THREE PEOPLE. That we know of. And its not like she even knew she was a Grimm, where the killings are done for a reason. Nick, doesn't that mean anything to you as a cop? No, because they were Wesen, so its OK - she just needs him to take her under his wing, obviously.
Noooo. Disagreement fullstop on the ensemble. Ally Sheedy is my 80's movie crush (well, her and James Spader both). I think Trubel looks awesome, but I may be biased since I kind of rock that androgynous goth thing and have for a while (it's manly eyeliner, swear) ... ahem. Anywho, as for the rest of it, at least one of the killings Theresa committed was justified; the last Wesen attacked her outright for a pair of boots. I don't really think Trubel had much of a choice regarding that fight. Grimm don't usually get the benefit of the doubt from Wesen, so it makes sense that she'd be a "shoot first" gal. Factor in the bit where female Grimm tend to manifest abilities sooner than the males, and you have Ms. Damaged Goods. Not saying that makes her actions right, but just that I can see why they happened the way that they did.

I did like that she kept her shades on, so the Wesen mugger in the park didn't realize she was a Grimm when she woged. I'm wondering how exactly Nick is going to explain his ever-burgeoning group of civilian accomplices - Monroe, Juliette, Rosalie, and now Lil Sis Grimm. Its not exactly how police are supposed to operate...
Sunglasses were a nice touch. Regarding Nick and the law, well, he's been acting more and more like a Grimm ever since he became one. If he were earning any cash off the whole monster fightin' business, he'd fit the corrupt cop trope pretty well.
