I thought it was an appropriate reaction from Adalind. She had found out from Sean that Meisner had known about Diana's whereabouts though she couldn't be quite sure since it came from Sean. Meisner had met up with Adalind at the fome but said nothing to her about her daughter's whereabouts. You would think he would think that a mother who had been through all that for her daughter should be informed of said daughter's well being. Also, Trubel had told them that HW (Meisner) knew about Adalind all along;where she was, etc. Yet friend Meisner never reached out to her until he had to save Trubel and then silence again from him.
I think she was forever grateful that Meisner saved them from the royals and for that had trusted Meisner initially. Later on, she was no longer under the illusion that he was her friend. With the revelation from Sean, she didn't hate Meisner but realized that she really had no one to trust since Meisner went to Sean with information about Diana but withheld it from her. Also probably why Adalind didn't tell Nick the complete truth about what Sean said regarding Diana being with the resistance. Adalind didn't know who to trust. She was the only one on team Adalind at that point.
