Yes, this was the way Nick took Adalind’s powers, you could see the "Hexenbiest-spirit" leaving her body and Adalind was just a normal person (S1E17 Love Sick). As normal as Adalind can be .

Great plot. I’d love that. Juliette could need some extra-powers, though it doesn’t seem she appreciates them . But it could be dangerous for her personality. Besides that, I’m sure Juliette will never get used to the Hexenbiest in the mirror!
