I wonder why so many do not see the beauty in the new Juliette character. She went from being a follower to a leader. She went from poor me I am a victim again to being a master of her destiny. She provides concise reasons for why she is accepting being a hexenbiest. Instead of her reason being some egotistical plan or a need for greed. She explains it is the feeling of being impowered. We watched her lose her passive personality and replace it with an in your face, brash personality. Nick reputation of being feared was established by his ancestors. In a short time Juliette has established her position of dominance on her own. Where she use to want to compromise and work with others. Now it is her way or she will squash you.
When Juliette told Kenneth it would be ashame to have a dead Royal in Portland, and Kenneth did not respond with indignation for being disrespected. That was amazing. When Nick in his authoritative way demands at gunpoint that Juliette should comply. She basically responded with an FU. Let him know he controls nothing and to prove it made Nick shoot at Monroe. What better way to let Nick know she is superior to him. Kenneth asked her did she want to be a queen and she is. From here on in Nick will need to ask Juliette instead of telling Juliette.
