I got the impression that Eve was the one feeling emotions, not that Juliette's emotions were returning. Nick may have thought so, although I didn't get that impression even after he healed her. And in the final season, Eve once again set him straight by telling him she wasn't Juliette.
I'm not certain why he'd want Juliette back anyway. He's with Adalind and having the old Juliette back would just create a lot of problems.

That's why she seemed fearful to her Juliette persona returning in the first few episodes of S6. It seems both hexenbiests had a fear of becoming evil once the suppressant/mind condition were "removed" but in the end both had enough self will to stick to their chosen/preferred path.
I don't think Eve was ever afraid that Juliette would return, at least that's the impression I got. I believe the stick gave emotions to Eve, but the emotions she feels are Eve's not Juliette's emotions trying to break through.
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
