Most likely the Burkhardts, including the uncle, were listed, so my idea of Trubel possibly being his daughter blows up into so much confetti. Thanks for the post, at least that I can retrace my steps back up that path and start over with the crazy ideas, haha.
I remember now that poor little Trubel was placed in a foster home of non-Grimms and got off to a bad start because of that.
@speakeasy, I don't think the idea is dead. As I noted in my previous post, Nick was listed under his mothers' maiden name. It's quite possible that Truble is as well. After all, while Uncle George was not a grimm, it's entirely possible her mother was.
Heck, that could be how they hooked up. Uncle George my not have been a grimm, but he would have known about the grimm world and could relate to a lady grimm.
I like the way you think. Also, Uncle George was a Grimm family member so he could have fathered a Grimm child or as you suggest, Trubel's mother could have been the source of her lineage - he would have liked his ladies strong, fearless and decisive if that was the case, haha. Plus, is Rubel a foster parent surname, probably so. It would be so great if there is time enough to work a little more information about Trubel's heritage into the story. We have something to look forward to.
