Quote:A lot of what we say is opinion based. How can you even say that most of what you say is based on facts? You came up with a theory about Adalind running a con with no evidence on the show to support it. It was just a theory like most posters on this forum have.Actually in my comments about the possibility of Adalind running a con. I continually sight prior actions and compare them to current actions. But here is the difference in what I do. One I admit Adalind running a con is not what the writers are projecting. What I was doing was showing how using the events of the show you can make a different show. That is in no way expressing how I see the show.
The difference you express what your understanding is for example
Quote:As for Juliette, there's a difference between Juliette becoming a violent and evil creature and doing violent and evil things.I argued the latter.Even the description of Juliette does not support that idea. The description gives examples of how she maintains her sense of humanity even to the end. The writers describe Juliette as going dark. That is not even close to being violent or evil. Juliette is never shown to act out of malice. She has acted out of anger. To justify that anger the writers have gone over the top to justify it. It is not one thing it is a number of things that drive this anger. She is turned into a hexenbiest, she is not accepted by Nick or her friends, The women that has attacked her several times sleep with her boyfriend is now having his baby. But even after setting up all these reasons. They make sure Juliette has no knowledge of plans to hurt anyone. Then then make sure she is isolated away from what is happening. All of that are the facts of what happened. There are not opinions in this list of events. These events also match what is written about the season.
To say Juliette should have known that is not a fact. The writers never insinuated Juliette was justified. They even had her admit she did not know what Kenneth was up to. She has apologized for what happened to his mother. Just like her being justified is not a fact. The reasons to blame her is also not a fact.
You say you understand the writer's yet you describe Juliette as
Quote:As for Juliette, there's a difference between Juliette becoming a violent and evil creature and doing violent and evil things. I argued the latter. Her appearing to be Juliette isn't based on me thinking she's an evil person. The narrative has shown me that there's a lot of Juliette in her. It has more to do with the sad looks she had on her face much more than anything nefarious she may do.You say you understand the writers. Yet as in the above quote you still judge Juliette by what she does. Yet when the show talks about signs of Juliette they are talking about who she is. They often use she has a return of her emotions. What Eve is regaining is her sense of self. That is hard to if you do not understand who Eve is. If you only see her as what she does you will never understand who she is. Eve understands what it means to be wesen but lacks a sense of self. That make sense if you understand the difference between Juliette at the beginning of season 4 and the end of session 4. The difference is she had trouble learning and accepting to think like a wesen. The same thing that Adalind warned about when her powers returned. Again the difference is not what they do it is who they are and how they think. We know how they think because there is only one thing that all wesen have in common. The all live by the rule survival of the fittest. That is why in every fight we never see and injury Wesen fights end without exception in death. That is a fact that can be verified by watching five years of the show. No once have we seen a wesen show guilt after a kill.
When I am speculating on what will happen or on the reason why something happened I create a theory using what was written or said. Not what I think or feel. I do not interject my personal beliefs. Many of the ideas shown are far from what I would do or believe.
When I am making a point I only use the narratives stated in the show. That is why I quote from the transcripts as it is written and not as I interpret them to mean.
