It has nothing to do with the inability to understand. Do you think we're challenging the writers because we have no idea what they're going for and are just confused? We understand what they're going for but I don't think they're selling it well. It doesn't come off well on screen and yes that is my opinion. You don't have to accept it as a fact.
As for Juliette, there's a difference between Juliette becoming a violent and evil creature and doing violent and evil things. I argued the latter. Her appearing to be Juliette isn't based on me thinking she's an evil person. The narrative has shown me that there's a lot of Juliette in her. It has more to do with the sad looks she had on her face much more than anything nefarious she may do.
The writers winning awards or not has no bearing on my opinion of the show or its characters. It's irrelevant when it comes to this topic.
A lot of what we say is opinion based. How can you even say that most of what you say is based on facts? You came up with a theory about Adalind running a con with no evidence on the show to support it. It was just a theory like most posters on this forum have.
