All during the first three episodes of season 6 they could have left. Rosalee is just as much a mother and Adalind. The difference when Rosalee was faced with a threat she believed in Nick and helped him fight. Adalind was faced with a threat and she ran. Since Rosalee did not run when threatened does that make her a bad mother.
Plus how is going to Sean being a good mother. At Sean's she had no one to watch her back. They even showed Conrad turned her to stone and almost choked her to death while Sean just stood there and watched. Had she stayed with Nick he would have did exactly what he did for his friends lay down his life to protect them. Staying with Nick would have been the actions of a good mother.
As for Juliette she went in the barn to administer the cure. We got to see how that worked. She got the crap knocked out of her. Yet she got up and continued to help him. Eve took on an entire warehouse of BC agents to save Nick and his friends lives. She again took on NPP and Conrad to save Nick's life. Adalind is a hexenbiest, when Conrad was choking her. Sean was standing there with a gun. why not raise her hand take the gun and shot Conrad.
Rosalee does not have children. In season 5 she had not told anyone about the pregnancy till the end of the season.
Adalind got her daughter back by going to BC mansion but it was a large risk. HW never was going to give Diana back to her.
Sean was supporting Conrad at that time and Conard would turned the gun on Adalind.
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
