But I don't get the impression that Adalind has any deep seated hatred for Sean. I don't see it. So she's either lying to Nick about it, or she was mad at one point and it's blown over.
Adalind started out being Sean's minion. She worked for him because of her mother's debt. "Working for Sean" may also have included sex, but there wasn't any love involved, and most of their conversations seemed tinged with a mixture of sarcasm and contempt. Since then Adalind and Sean have used each other for various purposes, but the closest they ever came to declaring a relationship was when Sean said she and Diana could stay with him. Adalind asked him if they were "back together" and Sean said "I guess so."
Adalind's feelings about Sean have been situational. When he was part of BC threatening her and her son's lives to force her to stay with him, she full bore hated him, but out of his grasp, she's able to back that off for Diana's sake. If she has a "deep seated" feeling about Sean, it's probably distrust.
I believe Adalind told Sean at one time that she loved him. I don't recall Sean stating he loved her in return, but then neither did Nick.
He got to you.
How did he get his blood into you? I bit him.
I didn't mean You know what getting that key would have meant for us.
I wasn't doing it for us.
I was doing it for For you.
You lost more than just the key.
The Grimm knew.
How did he know? Because he's smarter than you.
And he's proven that he's more valuable than I anticipated.
I underestimated him.
And my mistake was trusting An amateur.
I had such high hopes for you, honey.
What are you going to do to me? That's not already been done? You're useless now.
Just another pretty girl.
