I think if Nick had proposed the day before he saw his first woge/Marie’s arrival, Juliette would have accepted without hesitation. But. If everything else remained the same, Juliette would have refused moving forward with the marriage instead of refusing the proposals. So their end result would have been the same.
I took Juliette at her word when she told Nick she didn’t have any regrets about her life. If Juliette was told that she and Nick could turn back time to the day before the spell, I don’t think she would want that. To me, Juliette was more content with her life in the last two seasons than the first four.
Who really knows if Juliette wanted a traditional family life or not. But it is apparent that she didn’t want it enough to leave Nick and give herself a chance for that traditional family life.
