Married or not, nothing we saw onscreen ever suggested that Nick and Juliette saw anything they owned as not "theirs." I imagine that they, like most couples, had items that they would look at and say "that's yours," because they just didn't want it, like Nick's Elvis lamp, and Juliette probably did see Aunt Marie's trailer as Nick's because for a long time it creeped her out.
As far as the land Nick moved the trailer to, he used a realtor who was a friend of Juliette's, so it was hardly a secret from her, and had it filed under another name so it couldn't be traced to him. He wouldn't have used Juliette's name either, for the same reason.
