Maybe Juliette felt she had the right to torch the trailer.
In Hexenette's warped criminal mind she "felt" she had a"right" to attempt to murder several people, including, Adalind, Monroe and Nick. She also "felt" she had a right to commit arson. Her rap sheet of felonious crimes is extensive. She is guilty and there is nothing in law to create "Justifiable Homicide" for Hexenette. Her arson of the trailer is also a felony.
Since this is Grimm, Nick is Judge and Jury. Would you say Nick feels Hexenette had a "right" to attack with intent to kill? Would Nick feel she had a "right" to burn down the trailer? By the time we got to 4.22 "Cry Havoc" Hexenette had committed so many acts of violence and hatred that Nick concluded the only remedy was to "kill her." I doubt he "feels" she had any "right" to what she did.
IMO, Nick still hurts from the loss of the trailer and the death of his Mother. He holds Juliette/Hexenette responsible and may yet take revenge upon her. FrankenEve was (is?) an asset (murder weapon) of HW. Since she was fighting BC when she was mortally wounded, Nick decided to heal her with the stick. He may allow her to remain "alive' if she continues to only attack BC. She is a volatile, unpredictable, amoral lawless killing machine. Should she stray from the narrow path Nick needs to be swift to remedy the problem (kill her.)
