New Guy, I think any apology Eve would make would be completely lost on Nick. I don't think he's capable of understanding regret or remorse. That's why he didn't react at all to Adalind's apology. Not that it was much of an apology, but she did express regret.
You say "I don't think he's [Nick] capable of understanding regret or remorse. As rebuttal, I offer this from the PTZD episode 3.02, per Grimm Wiki:
Quote:The next morning when Holtby and Bauer, two detectives from the Precinct, knock on the door to speak to Juliette, they explain that they are there because someone died during the bar fight and that Juliette was there with Captain Renard and Rosalee. While the detectives are questioning Juliette, Nick is in the kitchen, but his enhanced hearing allows him to clearly hear the conversation.Nick feels responsible for the man's death IMO, he feels both remorse and regret.
Nick decides that he is going to turn himself in for the killing and goes to the Precinct, where Hank tells him that he is on his own if he does this. Before he can do anything Captain Renard shows him the CCTV footage of the fight, and that the man who dies had attacked Nick with a knife. He also says that it is the fault of the Royals, as they had him drugged and if he turns himself in it will only benefit them.
