Irukandji maybe you can explain how so many insist being able to make an assumption on a single word or phrase. It is also amazing how some statements they take as fact while others nothing will convince them it is not a lie. There is page after page of people assuming to know what is in a characters mind. Even thought the writers state the opposite. With their only rational is the writers where lying. It seems that the show must fit their vision of right and wrong, if it doesn't they will force conformity to their position.
To me if the writers say something I take it at face value. do they change their minds, yes. But until they state something to the contrary take it as fact. The writers have plan and want to move the story in a certain direction. If you change the direction of intent to fit what make you feel good. Don't they miss the story the writers where telling.
I don't know how much more clear cut it can get, syscrash. Nick's mother was the one who was killed, and Nick himself believed Juliette. In my opinion, she didn't know.
You are repeating my argument of she did not know. To me to eliminate all doubt the writers ended this event with "I didn't know Kenneth would do that" to clarify their intent. My comments are explaining my opinion on what is driving this debate. To me it all breaks down to my position being, they told me "she didn't know", so she didn't know. The other side says they may have said it, but they are lying. They feel they know better how the character feels. To me it may make them feel better, but my question was doesn't manipulate the story cause it to lose the writers intent. Like putting cloths on a statue because you think it is to exposed.
This does not say Kenneth did not have diplomatic immunity.
But when they came for his body it was described as two lawyers from Austria, explaining Kenneth is some type of royalty. Since the body was being held on suspension of being the Ripper, I would think the diplomat issue would have come up. But I can not find definitive proof one way of the other.
