That leaves the pregnancy falls into the realm of magic. that opens up Kelly could be Juliette as much as it could be Adalind's. The logic being Adalind was Juliette when she was with Nick. Also Juliette was Adalind when she was with Nick.
That does not make any sense since Juliette was Adalind for a very short time. The seven hours for conception is not a variable it is the absolute minimum time it take the sperm to travel.
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
