It's not just what Juliette knew about Kelly's death, it's what she knew (or reasonably should have known) while she was acting to advance the crimes that led to the death. So no, there's no culpability for anyone who wasn't involved in planning or carrying out the home invasions, kidnapping and murder.
I'm not sure where Nick's abortive attempt to strangle Juliette falls. Probably some level of assault. With no expression of intent to kill, attempted murder might be too hard to prove.
