I think it was Hank who called it Juliette's house. Nick ended up sleeping downstairs for a while and then moved in with Monroe, which also made me think it belonged to Juliette. It's one of those weird plot holes. In the last episode Nick told Juliette to get out, making us think it was his house. She probably should have left while the getting was good.
