Lol, umm, no. That's a terrible idea. Here's why.
How do you reconcile (1) Nick's mother, Kelly Burkhardt, having her sister, Aunt Marie, raise Nick in order to protect him with (2) Kelly having another child during the intervening years?
Nothing I can think of would give credence to that proposition (and when it comes to speculating, I'm really good at this), but I'm all ears.
The only other alternative being that Nick's mother had another child that predates Nick's birth (i.e. is older than Nick). That makes even less sense. It's easy for men to have an "other" family. It's much much more difficult for a woman to pull that off. Did Nick's father just not notice his wife was missing for one year?
Now, if you really want Nick to have more family, there are a variety of approaches you can use. Cousins, distant uncles, or given Aunt Marie/Kelly a half-sibling. However, the problem with giving Nick a grimm sibling is that Nick's father was not a grimm. And if the sibling is not a grimm, what's even the point?
Though, since this is fiction, you can always make up facts to rationalize giving Nick a sibling. That doesn't mean the explanation would be any good though.
