I'll just say, I don't. But for an odd reason. I have read several of the interviews that are out there, and it is very clear to me, the majority of the cast is ready to move on. It is clear they all would have stuck it out for a full season but that they were limited in being able to pursue their professional goals. i believe it was Sasha who mentioned that the syndication runs are going to bring in some reliable income into the near future, so it is logical with their basic financial needs being met that they would strive for roles that will allow them tou further develop in their chosen craft.
When I look around at acquaintances, family and friends I see a lot of people who are locked into roles in jobs they may enjoy but wish to move onto other things. It is especially acute with actors and actresses.
I think the cast stumbled into an idyllic situation. A 5-6 season run that provides them with a great deal of experience but most importantly with a source of passive income flowing in that will pay their bills while they pursue other interests. But moreover the creative team now knows there is finality and can wrap up the series the way they wish it to end and on a high note. It is not ending like Deadwood did or others series that were cut short before the story was told. Moreover it just seems to me, if you like the actors and actresses, given they have acknowledged in various ways there is not much left for them in the way of growth in the role they have given the characters, you would be happy to see the series come to a dignified ending after a fantastic run.
I don't remember anybody in the cast saying they were happy with the show ending if I'm wrong please tell and let me know where I can read it, because every interview and article I have read seems to say something completely different seems like they are all trying to deal with it the best they can. They really look like they care for each other a lot and will really miss each other and Portland
