Assuming the above, you may not get it. He is a guy and Adalind is like totally hot. I mean those are very pleasing curves Claire has developed since motherhood. Her chest is well...nice. She oozes sexuality. Juliette has at best modest proportions, Nick now has a real woman's body to explore instead of some anorexic adolescent boy with a menstruation cycle. The novelty of that may not wear off, well maybe never. And from what I have seen on the show she just sort of strips and submits...he is in male fantasy land. Besides, Nick seems knd of mamma's boyish and he may have a lactation fetish (LOL, but serious at the same time, he was a bit captivated by the bra in the bathroom as I recall).
Guys think about things like trust and the long term only after their hormones have subsided. Seriously. We men, are that pathetic. Nick is not at the age yet where he thinking with all his mental facilities when he looks at a woman. Happiness is a relative term. If he is getting plenty of enthusiastic vitamin P, he is likely very, very happy in the way that matters most to men.
Biologically natural and not disturbed - well, no one’s told me otherwise to my face.
I’m going to accept your assessment because I don’t have a counter argument I can back up with facts, or even suppositions.
I’d like to believe that for someone in Nick’s situation, life experiences influenced his mental/emotional aging in a positive way, but sadly there aren’t any facts or suppositions to support that either.
It looks like between the mystical ring and Renard, Nick’s going to be cut off from his regular does of vitamin P, at least the Adalind shaped brand. LOL.
Quote:I am rather sure you missed nothing. You seem to lean more to the cerebral side and this season was an affront to the cognitive abilities of fans everywhere, starting with the "hi I am Eve" and spiraling downward from there with secret squirrel Government agencies, asinine treasure hunts and what not.
I hold out hope for Season 6. It sounds more adult to me and like the actors are going to try and showcase their talents and enhance their careers by exploring more complex themes. Anyways Season 5 was a waste to me.
Yes, lean toward the cerebral. It’s not enough that a character does or doesn’t act/react, I need to understand the motivation/cause.
And it’s really sad that the writers traded so much opportunity with the characters’ evolution for the sake of their ‘cool’ Wesen uprising story and their ‘bet fans never saw it coming’ Eve character.
