If jsgrimm doesn't mind, I would like to expand on this topic. I've read at least a few comments regarding the rareness of the Grimms. I thought it was interesting that Josh's dad was a Grimm, yet Josh himself did not show signs of being one. And look at Nick himself. He didn't become a Grimm until he was into his 30's. It's also been speculated that the Wesen criminal element is on the increase. At the same time, it's my thought that none of those criminals have ever encountered a Grimm as they are all surprised when they encounter Nick. With the increase in the criminal element Wesen, there would also have to be an increase in the Wesen general population. They work among the humans, it makes sense that eventually some would venture into law enforcement. Even before Nick, the police were handling the Wesen criminal element. Chances are, some of those cases remained unsolved just like they do while Nick is handling them.
With that in mind, I thought I would pose this question. Are Grimms on the verge of extinction? It seems there's a lot going against them as a whole.

The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
