Juliette's decision was a limited one. She can't decide that Nick must be a grimm again. What if Nick didn't want to be a grimm again? What is she going to do, throw him down, tie him up, and force him?
This is what I mean. Posters blame her, but it's no more her decision than it is Monroe's or Bud's or Renard's. It came down to one person and one person only, and that was Nick himself.
What I don't get is why Nick's attitude changed. If he felt there was something tremendously dangerous about Juliette going through with this spell, then her affirming she wanted to be the final ingredient shouldn't change his mind.
As for the bigger villain in season 4? It certainly wasn't Juliette in my opinion. There were a lot bigger villains roaming around in season 4.
