1,get revenge on Nick
2,she gave a sly smile when she started down the stairs
3,didn't care what happened to the neighbours why feel guilty now
4,never asked to see or know where kellys boby was because she already knew it was missing the head
5,believed new boyfriend would kill Nick in the trap she helped set
It all means she knew everthing beliving henchmen would kill Nick so she could get away and not have Nick hunting her
Welcome to Grimm Forum!
This topic has been much debated. You say:
Quote:Julette knew full well what would happen to nicks mum for a number of reasonsI agree. By "full well" do you believe Hexenette fully knew Kenneth planned to kill her, how he would kill her and he intended to decapitate her?
G&K wrote season 5 and it is done. However, if Hexenette 1. did not die, 2. Chavez placed her under arrest for murder, 3. put her in a Hexen-proof jail and 4. she went to trial would all the evidence viewers saw produce a guilty verdict in a criminal court? If you believe she can evade criminal justice, would a civil court find her guilty (like the O J Simpson trials)?
We know Hexenette was upstairs in Nick's bedroom listening to the vicious murder and decapitation, so her "guilt" is as an accessory and/or accomplice. There is an abundance of legal articles. Here are two you can look at:

ps: Assume Chavez followed FBI protocol and properly gathered and handled all physical evidence.
