1. ) I think the first time after Nick turn away of her in disgust, when she show him her new me and Nick was sleeping on the couch. I don't think it was a good sign for her, after that she closed her eyes and doesn't really wanted to feel or see anything in that directly. And I think it was a very hard discussion for both. She was open up to him and he turn away. ( If anybody say now, she could have left him - stop it) I think she wasn't be able to feel anything at the police station she wanted to check on Nick (since that bull frog Kenneth told her) and she wanted to check it on her own. And I think it was to much for her to take - and she lost it totally. I think that moment she wasn't be able to feel anything anymore.
Or, it could be even worse. Suppose she felt when Nick turned away in disgust that he didn't love her anymore? I always thought it was weird how quickly she morphed into pretty much disliking him and making a dig about him being a grimm. But if he didn't love her and she felt it, that would make perfect sense.

How should she react differently if she was being hurten that often - and who know what their did to her. And was like a robot....And after the stick heal the wound on her stomach something changed and her emotion came back to her. And then Adalind was there. (Since I rewatch season 6 again - I see a few things differently - it's a nice effect of Binge watching) Eve listened to the talk of Nick and Adalind and (I mean I have try to see her almost woges at the tunnel but it didn't worked) Perhaps she didn't wanted to interfere...since I have think it was not Eve anymore...But okay it's my interpretation...
But here's something that came into play before Nick ever used the stick on her. Rosalee made some remark about something Eve said, something along the line of, "that sounds like something Juliette would say". At the time I also seem to remember something coming up in discussion about the possibility of Eve getting Juliette's feelings back? Of course that never materialized, but just in my opinion, Eve must have been getting her own feelings well before Nick touched her with the stick.
As she was a hexenbiest, she should have been able to "feel" Adalind's love for Nick.
That can be possible to, but if I am be honest I absolutely would dislike it. But I really don't get the part, everything was fine - both said earlier that season the " I love you..." And then everything got suddenly wicked - But then I ask why Adalind and not Juliette?
I don't buy the Eve thing anymore. At the start of season 5 I needed to get used to the subject Eve but at the end of that season I had doubt and still have.
And since then it's over. It was a nice try of the writers, it worked a little time but thanks it's finished.
