If she voiced her concerns, then she would have to bring up Nick's part in kidnapping Diana in the first place. Can't have the happy family with that hanging over their heads. But confronting that elephant in the room and managing to get past each other’s bad deeds would have been much more interesting than watching them sidestep their problems in order to play house. And if they did end up in a committed relationship, it would have been much more believable that they were on solid ground.

I think Nick loves Juliette as much now as he did before the crazy Hexenbiest rigmarole started, but pushed those feelings deep down so he could move on with his life. I don’t think Nick ever confused Eve for ‘his’ Juliette or confuses the current dueling Eve/Juliette for ‘his’ Juliette.
If ‘his’ Juliette was back, I think Nick would instinctively want to be with her like before, but would be conflicted because his obligation to family would make him also want to be with Adalind.
That said, I’m not convinced that Nick isn’t in love with Adalind. I think maybe he’s done a good job convincing himself that he shouldn’t love Adalind, and worries too much that his friends won’t understand that he could fall in love with her.
So it could be that if Nick had the chance to go back to what he and Juliette once had, he would be conflicted for a time, but might chose not to. Just because he still loves Juliette doesn’t mean he’ll want to lose what he has with Adalind.
If Nick would get over the whole ‘I’m not supposed to love Adalind or trust Adalind’ and just relax, he might realize that he’s happy with Adalind, maybe in a way that he wasn’t with Juliette. Considering how comfortable they were discussing the sort of kiss that took Adalind’s Hexenbiest powers, they can’t be holding grudges about the past. They acted like they were discussing the time Nick ran over Adalind’s foot with a shopping cart instead of a fight for their lives.
So who knows what he might do?
From the way the events of season 5&6 has gone, I don't see where he isn't supposed to love adalind or even trust her or where he's convincing himself not to love her cos the boat has sailed long time ago.
Yeah I meant juliette coming back- but when I said this I didn't mean he would want juliette back or even jump at a bid to be with her, I meant he might be conflicted with his emotions but also he would saty with adalind and his mother death might not really matter with the way things unfolds.
I know nick loves adalind in some way, the more reason he didn't kill her in S01E03. I just have a problem with the way they keep telling us he loves her without any obvious signs. We spent s05 trying to look for signs except that he likes how she's a good mother and if that's the sign then I strangely accept it; all of a sudden those weird s05 scenes disappears and nick is all in love. I need to sccept it as it is but next time there has to be a pattern like A to Z & not A then Z.
Why is all these nick wasn't happy with juliette coming up now when s01-s04 completely contradicts it. The only reason he wasn't happy in the r/ship was cos of his stupidity, selfishness and the woman he's with now.
If the show had started with adalind I feel either way it would all be the same outcome, and he would be unhappy cos his unhappiness didn't come from her except when she refuses him sex; so like I said the society these days equates sex to love.
The only difference I see here is that juliette wanted to be more involved in nick's life both professionally (and family wise??) But nick wanted only an housewife who has a job which is probably what adalind is.
