I'm pretty sure someone cannot get away with burning property on a whim. It would be way too dangerous and burning the trailer in a forest would not be taken lightly. It's not like Juliette or most people who would decide to do this are professionals who would take the proper precautions.
What I'm saying is there is no law stating a person cannot destroy their own property. That doesn't mean whatever method Juliette uses to destroy it is appropriate. She probably did violate some pollution laws by burning it and if prosecuted, would be charged with those and perhaps burning without a license, if it is not allowed. However, I highly doubt she'd be charged with destruction of property. It's hers to destroy and she did it on her own private land.

The difference being that Jules did it because she was angry and it felt good but not because she felt entitled to do so for any legal reasons. She even told Nick that she may have "went a bit overboard when she found out that whore was pregnant with a little Grimm".
I believe most people rationalize the reason for destruction of property in their mind first. The high or low feeling comes afterwards. Juliette may have rationalized that she had the right to destroy the trailer. She could have looked at it as she gave Nick the best years of her life, she took hits and risked her life for him, is now a hexenbiest because of him, and he doesn't give a rats' patoot for her. She could have looked at it as all starting with the trailer, and if she is part owner, she had the right to destroy it. There's no doubt in my mind that she felt good afterwards, she did it also for revenge, and probably a hundred other reasons. But first and foremost among those reasons, I believe she looked at it as she had the right to destroy it. Probably because Nick told her it belonged to her as much as it did to him.
