If he forgives her, it will mean he cares nothing/very little for justice and only cares for Juliette instead. Which isn't heroic at all. His priorities would be, 1. Juliette and then 2. Justice.
As a grimm , it always has to be 1. Justice and then everything else after that.
A couple of things here. Only the audience knows that Juliette set Kelly up. Nick could not be anywhere near absolutely positive of that.The only "evidence" he saw was that the computer mouse was moved. He did not investigate his emails to see if there was any incriminating evidence to show Juliette had betrayed Kelly.
Second point. Justice has not always been Nick's strong suit. He administers justice to serve his own purposes.
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
