Except this flies in the face of everything that's been implied about Diana...she was gestated in pure Hexenbiestery, and so she's supposed to be this super-powerful telekinetic baby. So is Juliette presumably more powerful just automatically?
Actually, Diana was not created in any situation that could be termed "pure." Her mother was NOT a Hexenbiest when she got pregnant and had already ingested Grimm blood. If we take Nick's absorption of special anomalies like hearing and metabolism due to Wesen interaction, we could assume his blood may have changed Adalind in some way other than just loss of powers. Adalind regained her Hexenbiest status through some very powerful magick (from another much older Hexenbiest and who knows what Frau Pech came in contact with during her lifetime) during her pregnancy and only got her powers back immediately after the birth. Diana's father is a Royal and a Zauberbiest who had been through a pure of heart spell recently.
There are a great many arguments to be made in saying that most of Diana's special powers were granted with the help of blood and magick, not via heredity. So...very similar to Juliette's situation although, thus far, Diana has MUCH better control and awareness as an infant than Juliette does as an adult.
Very special baby indeed.
