OK, I waited long enough. Why isn't anyone pouncing on me that if the original intent of Juliette owning her ow business could be a reasonable possibility of her owning her own house she shared with Nick. As opposed to working as a Vet in some clinic and an employee, instead of an owner. This could re-enforce she could have, using the latest and greatest current term, "writers intent", owned the house they shared. Then, the writers changing her surname From Lambert to Silverton, why? I don't know why. Then making her as an employed Vet.
To my defense, they did change her arc, including this scene cut to make it more plausible for the house to be owned by Nick.
You know you are OLD, when you see the Slide Ruler you used in college selling in an ANTIQUE SHOP!!
