Does anyone else here prefer NOT to go online and read spoilers before watching a show or film, in order to keep things in suspense? I even avoid watching trailers sometimes so I won't have a clue what's going to happen in an upcoming season. I avoid going to forums or message boards prior to watching films or shows so I can form my own ideas about it. What I've noticed sometimes is that when I've gone online to a few forums just to read some discussions about an upcoming episode or film, some opinions affect me to the point that it kinda ruins my enjoyment of the show, as I end up analysing the said character/s and their actions/motivations instead of just taking in things as they come. What I liked about binge watching Grimm on Netflix was that I could watch all of the seasons without any interruptions, confusing signals/teasers from the cast or crew, or fans competing sentiments. Just pure, uninterrupted joy, I was able to really enjoy the show as it is.
