It's more obvious than that. The series can't kill off the three male leads. Aside from that, Nick's already had at least three women twist him around their little finger with ease. He doesn't need a fourth. Hank doesn't need any more either.

Actually there's a snake out there that's immune to the frog's poison, which makes absolute sense in nature.
Our zoo also posted that when in captivity, poison dart frogs lose their toxicity.
